  • Content Creation and Website Strategy. The specific scope of work will be outlined in your individual service agreement or invoice.

3. User Account & Security

If any part of our service requires you to create an account or provide access, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

  • All services are billed in advance unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments must be made via the secure payment links provided on our website.

  • Delay in payment may result in a temporary suspension of services.

  • All taxes applicable will be charged as per government regulations.

5. Client Obligations

To provide effective results, the client agrees to:

  • Provide timely access to Ad accounts, Website backends, or Social Media pages.

  • Provide accurate business information and creative assets (logos, images, etc.).

  • Approve drafts and strategies within the agreed timeline.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Our Property: All tools, processes, and proprietary strategies used by VR Max Media remain our property.

  • Client Property: All final deliverables (graphics, ad copies, reports) created specifically for the client will belong to the client only after full payment is received.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our services often involve third-party platforms like Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), or LinkedIn. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of these platforms. VR Max Media is not responsible for any account bans or restrictions imposed by these third parties due to client-side violations.

8. Service Guarantees & Liability

While we use best-in-class strategies, digital marketing results depend on market trends and platform algorithms.

  • We do not guarantee specific sales, leads, or 1st-page rankings unless explicitly stated in a signed contract.

  • VR Max Media shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

9. Confidentiality

Both VR Max Media and the Client agree to keep all business-sensitive information, trade secrets, and campaign data confidential and shall not disclose it to any third party without written consent.

10. Termination of Service

  • Either party may terminate the service agreement by giving a 15-day written notice via email.

  • Upon termination, the client is liable to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

11. Refund Policy Reference

All refunds are governed by our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy available on our website. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Refund Policy.

12. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

  • Using our website for any unlawful purpose.

  • Attempting to hack, decompile, or bypass any security features of our site.

  • Using our content for competitive purposes without permission.

13. Indemnification
